Kirk Heiser has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Consumer Underwriting Manager at CME Federal Credit Union since May 2017. With a progression through various underwriting roles, Kirk has provided critical underwriting decisions on consumer and business loans and managed lien release and title issues. Previously, Kirk served as a Member Payment Solutions Specialist, offering financial assistance to members and processing complex documentation. Additional experience includes positions at SECU, where Kirk specialized in account servicing, and at Banana Republic / Gap Inc., where responsibilities included sales, customer service, and supervisory tasks. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adelphi University and graduated from ACS Egham International.

CME Federal Credit Union was established in 1935 by the City of Columbus Firefighters. A fews years later, CME FCU began serving employees of the City of Columbus Division of Police. Gradually, CME FCU expanded over the years to serve city, county, and municipal employees within Franklin County. In 2014, CME FCU was awarded a community charter from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). CME FCU now serves individuals who live, work, worship, attend school or volunteer in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Morrow, Pickaway and Union counties.
