Jennifer Jucovics is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and process improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Business Transformation at CME Group since February 2017. Jennifer has successfully developed division roadmaps for automation projects, contributed to the organization’s RPA and Automation programs, and managed projects resulting in substantial capacity gains. Prior to CME Group, Jennifer was the President of Jasper Consulting Incorporated, providing consulting services in business process improvement and project management. Jennifer’s earlier roles include Business Process Consultant and Project Manager, where valuable skills in budget management, process mapping, and business analysis were demonstrated. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Social Work, Counseling from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from John Carroll University.
