Dave Barrett is an experienced mediator, facilitator, coach, speaker, and trainer, currently serving at Turning Moment since January 2008, focusing on resolving workplace conflicts and enhancing wellbeing. Additionally, Barrett holds roles as an Associate Mediator and Trainer at CMP - CMP Resolutions and as an Associate Trainer with Samaritans, starting in December 2009 and July 2021, respectively. As an Associate Consultant with Intrepid since October 2019 and an Associate Facilitator and Leadership Coach at Northumbria University from October 2018 to October 2020, Barrett has supported postgraduate MBA students. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure as a Business Partner/People Consultant with RSPB from July 1989 to September 2018. Educational qualifications include CIPD Qualifications and an Associate degree in Learning and Development Level 5, complemented by training with the British Psychological Society in 2012.
