Jackie Norton is a seasoned mediation practitioner with extensive experience in conflict resolution, currently serving at CMP Resolutions since June 2004 and at Universal Mediation Services since July 1999. As a self-employed consultant, Jackie offers mediation, supervision, training, and consultancy services across various fields, including family, inter-generational, workplace, and neighbor disputes. Jackie holds a BA Hons in Management and Organisation Studies from the University of Central Lancashire, complemented by foundational education at Lakes School Windermere.
