Katherine Graham is the owner and Managing Director of CMP Resolutions, a leading workplace dispute resolution company in the UK, with over 20 years of experience as a mediator, facilitator, and mediation trainer. Katherine's expertise lies in articulating the business benefits of dispute resolution and demonstrating the return on investment for conflict management to senior managers. Previously, Katherine served as Chair at CMP Resolutions and held roles in publishing as Head of Publications at the Royal National Institute for Deaf People, Publications Manager at The King's Fund, and Editor at The Work Foundation and Unwin Hyman. Katherine's academic background includes a degree in English and English literature from the University of Birmingham.
