Lucy Feavearyear has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as an Employee Relations Consultant at Mustard HR since June 2019 and as an Associate at Orchard Employment Law since May 2023. Lucy also contributes as a Helpline Volunteer and Mentor at Pregnant Then Screwed and works as an Associate Practitioner at CMP Resolutions. Since January 2011, Lucy has been a Non-Legal Member of the Employment Tribunal at HM Courts & Tribunals Service. Additionally, Lucy held an interim position with the People and Culture team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from January 2023 to August 2023. Prior HR roles include serving as a Strategic HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Manager at Norse Commercial Services, as well as HR Officer and Adviser at Norfolk County Services. Lucy holds a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from University College Suffolk and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.
