Scott Strachan is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Interim Human Resources Manager at Harbro Ltd since July 2018, Scott liaises with Senior Management and the Board of Directors to develop HR policies and procedures. With roles including Interim HR Manager at CMP Resolutions and Group Human Resources Manager at Gray and Adams Limited, Scott has demonstrated expertise in operational and strategic HR objectives, employee relations, and organizational restructuring. Previous positions at ASCO Group, The James Hutton Institute, The Rowett Research Institute, and NHS Grampian have further contributed to a robust career focused on advancing HR practices and supporting senior management teams. Scott holds a Chartered Membership of CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services from North East Scotland College.
