Suzanne Burton ADipCBM, MISAP, currently serves as an Independent Investigator at The Scottish Parliament since March 2022. With extensive experience as the Managing Director at Libra Consulting (UK) Ltd since 2002, Suzanne specializes in employee relations, dispute resolution, mediation, grievance investigation, and training in behavior and communication, having handled over 300 complex cases and trained over 200 individuals. As an Associate Practitioner at CMP Resolutions, Suzanne leads essential training courses on investigation skills and workplace harassment. Previous roles include Interim Senior Complaints Manager at the Department of Health and General and Commercial Manager at Anglo Office Supplies Ltd, where Suzanne successfully turned losses into profits. An accomplished professional with a diverse background, Suzanne holds multiple educational qualifications, including a degree in canine behavior and training in hotel and catering management.
