Tushar Pednekar

Tushar Pednekar is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Senior Repair Centre Engineer at CMR Surgical since June 2021, previously holding the position of Junior Service Centre Engineer. Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and building electro-mechanical sub-systems such as robotic joints, as well as designing and implementing validation requirements according to FMEA, IQ, and OQ protocols. Prior to this role, Tushar worked as a Production Engineer at Kineco Limited from April 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for specific tasks. Tushar holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Agnel Institute Of Technology And Design, completed from 2012 to 2016.
