Currently serving as Global Quality/Compliance Manager and Quality & Process Engineer at CMS Electracom since October 2013, Michael has a proven track record in implementing continuous improvements focused on product quality, labor efficiency, and process efficiency. Prior roles include Production Manager at Extel Technologies Pty. Ltd. and Startronics, where Michael led operational activities and ensured the achievement of sales targets and operational goals. Previous experience also encompasses various quality assurance and engineering roles at Australian Arrow and Dynamic Ratings Pty Ltd, contributing to significant enhancements in product quality and reliability. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering (Honours) from Monash University.
