Conor Warde

Conor Warde is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in ship finance, maritime transactions, and corporate law. Currently a Partner at CMS since February 2023, Conor previously served as Partner and Head of Ship Finance & Maritime Transactions at Mayer Brown from August 2017 to January 2023. Prior to Mayer Brown, Conor held Partner and Counsel positions at Clyde & Co LLP, specializing in asset finance, international trade, and regulatory matters within the maritime and energy sectors. Conor's career also includes roles as Of Counsel and Associate at Blank Rome LLP's Hong Kong office, Associate Counsel at International Registries, Inc., and a Securities Administrator at Lombard International Assurance S.A. Conor holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English Literature from Georgetown University.
