Adam Jorgensen has a diverse work experience in data engineering and property management.
From April 2016 to February 2021, they worked as a Trainee Property Manager at AHome2, where they learned how to manage various types of properties and handled responsibilities such as showing properties to prospective tenants, inspecting properties, and updating advertisements on platforms like Spareroom and Rightmove.
In February 2021, Adam joined Sparta Global as a Data Engineer. During their time there, they received training in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL and ELT pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Adam then applied this knowledge while working with clients.
In September 2021, Adam moved on to join CMSPI as a Data Engineer. In this role, they contributed to payment optimization services and helped develop a data architecture that drove innovation. Adam'sresponsibilities included building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborating with data scientists and analysts to meet business objectives, and collecting data through web scraping techniques, SFTP, and APIs. Adam utilized tools and services like Python, Scala, PySpark, MSSQL, Git, Azure, Databricks, and Docker for their daily work.
Later, in May 2023, Adam was promoted to the position of Senior Data Engineer at CMSPI, where they continued their responsibilities and contributions to the company's data engineering initiatives.
Adam Jorgensen completed their education in Mathematics at The University of Manchester from 2017 to 2020.
