Ned Rector has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ned worked at CMTA, Inc. as the Principal and Director of Operations CMTA Midwest, and previously as the Principal and Director of Operations - Fargo. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Production Principal at CMTA, Inc. and also served as a Mechanical Engineer and Director of Retro-Commissioning. Before joining CMTA, Inc., Ned was the Associate Director of Planning and Construction Services at North Dakota State University. Ned has also held significant roles at Schwickerts, A Tecta America Company, where they served as the Vice President and Director of Mechanical Operations, overseeing HVAC services, plumbing, project management, and more. Earlier in their career, they worked at Grant's Mechanical, Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering, where they were involved in all aspects of mechanical contractor operations and managed various teams and projects.
Ned Rector received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
