Julia Howard

Julia Howard currently serves as Managing Director at CNA Insurance since October 2023. Prior to this role, Julia was Director at Farmers Insurance from December 2020 to September 2023 and held the position of Claims Customer Service Staff Manager at Bristol West Insurance Group from April 1998 to December 2020. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, earned between 2015 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, completed between 2013 and 2015.
