Mark Howard

Mark Howard has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Operations Supervisor-Policy Support Services at CNA Insurance since November 2019, after roles as an Underwriting Associate and Underwriting Technician. Prior to CNA Insurance, Mark held positions at Travelers from May 2014 to October 2019, including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. Mark's career began at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Insurance Assistant, and also includes experience in various roles such as League Coordinator/Sales Specialist at Brunswick Zone, Fan Services Representative for the Chicago Bears, and Basketball Camp Coach/Scorekeeper at Bulls/Sox Training Academy. Mark is a graduate of North Park University with a B.S. in Business and Economics, and has obtained certificates in Leadership and Essentials of Project Management from Northwestern University.
