Jim Baumbick

Jim Baumbick has extensive experience at Ford Motor Company, serving in various leadership roles since May 1993, including Vice President of Product Development Operations and Quality, Vice President of Enterprise Product Line Management, and Project Apollo Leader for Ford's COVID-19 pandemic response. Baumbick's career encompasses roles such as Executive Director of Global Product Strategy and Planning, and Engineering Director for Asia-Pacific and Africa, among others. Additionally, Baumbick is a member of the Executive Leaders Program at CNEXT Partners since January 2022. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Michigan State University and MS and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Michigan State University, respectively.
