Mahamadou Zaroumey Moussa is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) with extensive experience in agricultural programs. Currently serving as the Senior MEL Manager for the YALWA USAID project at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) since December 2022, Mahamadou previously held positions as the MEAL Coordinator for emergency projects at Catholic Relief Services and as the MEL Manager for the Support Program for Farmers' Organizations in Niger at the Initiative Prospective Agricole et Rurale (IPAR). Mahamadou's career also includes roles in project evaluation and support at CNFA for the REGIS-AG initiative, as well as experience with Cruz Roja Española. MAHAMADOU ZAROUMEY completed a Master’s degree in Rural Economics from Université Abdou Moumouni de Niamey in 2013, where academic pursuits included evaluating the impact of technology on rural women's labor.
