Jim Nickolas

Jim Nickolas has extensive experience in financial leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at CNH since April 2025, Jim previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Martin Marietta from August 2017 to April 2025. Jim's earlier career at Caterpillar Inc. spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included overseeing global mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, as well as financial oversight for various divisions, including the Global Mining business unit and the Resource Industries segment. Jim began the professional journey as a Senior Tax Associate at Coopers & Lybrand. Jim holds both an MBA in Finance and a JD from The University of Chicago.
