Shivprakash Rathore

Shivprakash Rathore is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a New Product Development Manager at CNH Industrial since February 2017, focusing on the design and development of sheet metal structural components, plastic fuel tanks, and fuel lines. Previously, as a Deputy Manager, responsibilities included the design and development of structural components for combine harvesters. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Design Engineer at Mahindra & Mahindra, where efforts centered on the design and development of new platforms and upgrades for existing platforms. Shivprakash Rathore holds a Master of Technology in Farm Machinery and Power from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth.
