Marcelo Javier González Cabezas

Marcelo Javier González Cabezas is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in various media and communication roles. Currently serving as a Crónica Journalist at Diario Publimetro and a Journalist at Publimetro Chile since February 2020, Marcelo has also been involved with the Ministry of Health and the Corporación Municipal de Deportes de La Pintana since 2018 and 2017, respectively. As the Head of Public Relations and Social Media for Vive! Deportes at CNN Chile, Marcelo oversees internet and communication platforms while also engaging in editorial work across programs. Previous roles include positions at the Municipality of La Pintana, IARC Chile, and the Provincial Government of Maipo. Marcelo holds a degree in Journalism from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
