Laura Cozart is a Senior UX Research Manager at CNN, where responsibilities involve conducting user research through various methodologies to support the organization’s product portfolio and fostering collaboration between design and product teams. Prior to CNN, Laura served as a Senior UX Research Engineer at Qurate Retail Group, focusing on actionable consumer insights for digital products. Laura's earlier experience includes roles as a UX Research Engineer and Senior Analyst in Consumer Insights at HSN, as well as a Research Manager and Research Analyst at the National Association of College Stores. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Information Architecture & Knowledge Management with a concentration in User Experience Design from Kent State University.
