Brian Wilson

Brian Wilson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales leadership and field recruiting. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Field Recruiting and Development at CNO Financial Group since February 2018, Brian leads a team of 55, overseeing all aspects of recruiting and development across multiple product lines. Prior to this role, Brian was Vice President of National Sales at Northwestern Mutual from January 2002 to February 2018, where leadership of a 35-person team focused on enhancing sales and advisor productivity, alongside managing a substantial budget of $15 million. Brian holds an MBA in International Business from Marquette University and a BSBA in Marketing and Advertising from the University of North Dakota.
