David Eisert

David Eisert is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational excellence and IT management. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence at CNO Financial Group since July 2013, David has held multiple key roles, including Process Director and Director of Business Systems Analysis Governance and Competency. Notable achievements include the development of Enterprise Business Systems Analysis standards and the management of IT outsourcing transitions. David previously served as President of the Central Indiana Chapter of IIBA and held managerial positions at UnitedHealthcare and Medtronic. With a strong background in emerging technologies from their time at Kelley Executive Partners and Purdue University, David holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Film and Video from Purdue University.
