MacKenzie Oldiges, CPA, has extensive experience in tax accounting, currently serving as a Senior Tax Accountant at CNO Financial Group since August 2020, previously holding the position of Tax Accountant within the same firm. Prior experience includes a role as a Staff Tax Accountant at Somerset CPAs and Advisors, where skills in preparing various tax forms and tax projections were developed. MacKenzie began a career in the field with internships at BKD CPAs & Advisors, where exposure to complex tax returns was gained, and at Spot, Inc., focusing on accounts payable and customer service. Early experience as an Assistant Staff Accountant Intern at Comer, Nowling, & Associates, P.C. provided foundational auditing and tax preparation skills, including the creation of Form 990s for non-profits. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and International Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis.
