Darnell Boynton, Esq., CCEP, serves as the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer and General Counsel at CNS Healthcare since 2014, providing leadership and overseeing Total Quality Management, Training & Education, Customer Service, and Facilities operations to align with agency strategic objectives. Prior experience includes leadership roles in compliance and operations at Wayne County Health & Family Services and Wayne County Michigan, where Darnell managed legal operations for various health and human services divisions. From 1998 to 2007, Darnell was the Managing Principal at Floyd E. Allen & Associates, PC, focusing on legal compliance for major organizations. Darnell holds a Doctor of Juris Prudence from Vanderbilt University Law School, dual bachelor's degrees in Japanese Language and Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and certifications in Business from Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School.
