Karen Senior is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in visual and interaction design. Currently serving as the Lead Visual Designer at Co-op since September 2020, Karen previously held the position of Lead UX Designer at Connect Childcare for an 8-month contract where product development was a focus. Prior to that, extensive experience was gained at magneticNorth from 2006 to July 2019 as an Interaction Designer, leading brand development and user-centered design for prominent clients. Earlier career tenure included a role as Senior Designer at Amaze Europe Ltd from 1999 to 2006, specializing in UX/UI design for notable automotive and utility brands. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts from Liverpool John Moores University and a Foundation Degree in Design and Applied Arts from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
