Lynne De Lay, known as The Coach's Coach, has extensive experience in coaching, leadership, and organizational development. Currently serving as Co-Director and CSA NA Faculty at Coaching Supervision Academy Ltd since January 2013, Lynne manages the CSA-NA diploma program and delivers a 12-month training program in Coaching Supervision. As CEO and Founder of One World Leaders since July 2008, Lynne offers Coaching Supervision, Leadership Coaching, and consulting services. Lynne has been a Senior Faculty and Leadership Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since October 1999, specializing in customized coaching and mentoring programs. Previous roles include founder and CEO of MDI, S.A., and consultancy positions at Levi Strauss & Co., Dow Corning, and 3M, focusing on executive coaching and tailored training programs for leading companies in Europe. Lynne's academic background includes assistant professorships at Boston University and Rider University, as well as advanced degrees from Nova Southeastern University and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
