Suchismita Mukhopadhyay, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the fields of climate change and environmental management, currently serving as the Lead Specialist - Advocacy at the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure since February 2022. With extensive experience gained from previous roles, including Associate Director of Climate Change & Energy at WWF-India and various positions at FICCI and the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (ISRO), Suchismita has developed a strong expertise in research and advocacy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Delhi University, a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Environment Management from the Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, along with a Masters Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
