Coalition for Health AI (CHAI)
Brian Anderson, MD, currently serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) and is a Senior Advisor for Clinical Trial Innovation at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). Anderson is also an Expert Working Group Member on AI Risk & Accountability for OECD.AI and an Editorial Board Member for Mayo Clinic Proceedings Digital Health. In addition, Anderson holds the position of Associate Professor of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School. Previous roles include Chief Digital Health Physician at MITRE, where significant contributions were made to clinical and genomic data science, and Co-Founder of both CHAI and the Vaccination Credential Initiative. Anderson's medical training was completed at Harvard Medical School, with a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University in Social Anthropology.
