Kameron Matthews, MD, JD, FAAFP, currently serves as Chief Health Officer at Cityblock Health and holds multiple positions including Senior Faculty at Weitzman Institute, Associate Clinical Professor - Volunteer at UCSF Dept. of Family & Community Medicine, and Co-Chair of the Health Systems and Provider Advisory Board at the Coalition for Health AI. Kameron co-founded and directs the Tour for Diversity in Medicine, aimed at inspiring future healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, Kameron is a Health Innovators Fellow at The Aspen Institute, an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, and serves on various advisory boards, including the National Minority Quality Forum and IndyGeneUS Health Group, highlighting a commitment to innovation, equity, and inclusion in healthcare. Education includes an MD from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, and a BA from Duke University.

The Coalition for Health AI (CHAI™) is a community of academic health systems, organizations, and expert practitioners of artificial intelligence (AI) and data science. These members have come together to harmonize standards and reporting for health AI and educate end-users on how to evaluate these technologies to drive their adoption.
