Preethi Elango

Preethi Elango is a Software Engineer II at Coalition, Inc. since June 2021, with prior experience as a Software Engineer at the University of Illinois Chicago and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Preethi gained practical experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Trust Lab, developing a metadata extraction algorithm that processed around 70,000 stories for fact-checking, and also completed a Data Science Internship focused on keyword extraction algorithms. Earlier experience includes work as an Application Development Associate at Accenture, where various software for Receivable PreProcessing was developed using diverse tools. Preethi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
