Tyler Wares is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management-Marketing from Brigham Young University–Hawaii. Currently serving as Team Lead and Customer Success Manager at Coalition, Inc. since October 2021, Tyler has extensive experience in customer success and sales. Previous roles include Account Executive and Enterprise Sales Development at Talkdesk, as well as Sales Development at BrainStorm, Inc. and Product Operations Manager at Micro Focus Software, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing product operations, optimizing go-to-market processes, and driving promotional strategies.
