Coastal Bend College
Justin Hoggard is the President of Costal Bend College. Previously, he spent nearly two decades at Three Rivers College where he most recently served as Dean of Instruction.
Justin earned his BS from Arkansas State University and his Doctor of Education from William Woods University.
