Damon P. Shine

Damon P. Shine has a diverse background in technical sales and account management, with significant experience in the oilfield chemical sales sector as a Technical Sales Engineer at Coastal Chemical Co., LLC since June 2019. Prior to this role, Damon served as a District Sales Representative at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, where responsibilities included account development, customer relationship management, and conducting field tests for chemical applications from January 2014 to May 2019. Additional experience includes sales-related positions with UTC Fire & Security and Accredited Home Lenders, as well as service as a Manpower Personnel Officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Damon holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas.
