Courtney Fitzgerald

Courtney Fitzgerald is an experienced professional in operations and leadership roles within the food and service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Behind the Wheel Operations at Coastline Academy since January 2022, Courtney has built a solid foundation in management at previous positions including Restaurant Leader and Operations Manager at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers from December 2015 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Manager at both Five Below from July 2014 to December 2015 and Moe's Southwest Grill from January 2011 to December 2013.
