Kadri-Liis L. currently serves as an HR Manager at COBALT Legal, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, Kadri-Liis worked at the Government Office of Estonia from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included advising on the EU presidency, coordinating teams and human resources, and recruiting for presidency posts. Additionally, as a Consultant for the EU Secretariat, Kadri-Liis managed personnel strategies and facilitated communication between various ministries and the EU representation in Brussels. Kadri-Liis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in European Studies at the University of Tartu.
