Prior to joining COBALT, Lembit worked at LAWIN from September 2011 to May 2015, advancing from Junior Associate to Associate. Lembit Tedder holds a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Tartu, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the same institution completed in 2012. Education also includes attendance at Tallinn English College from 1998 to 2009.
