Sten Luiga is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions. Current role as Of Counsel at COBALT Legal began in October 2015, following a tenure as Senior Partner at Attorneys at Law Borenius, Estonia, from March 1998 to September 2015, where similar expertise was demonstrated. Luiga served as Chairman of the Estonian Bar Association from March 2013 to March 2016 and held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at The Foundation of Tartu University from May 2010 to January 2016. Early career experience includes working as an Attorney at Law at Tark & Co, focusing on legal assistance for corporations and financial institutions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Aalto University Executive Education and a LLM from the University of Tartu.
