Eleanor Hall has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Direct Care Worker at All-ways Care Services Inc. Eleanor then worked as an Event Coordination and Kitchen Assistant at Casper's Catering in 2015, as well as a Customer Service and Bakery Assistant at Great Harvest Bread Co. that same year. In 2015, they also took on the role of Sibling Care Program Co-Director at Apple Tree Early Intervention Center. From 2016 to 2021, Eleanor worked at Starbucks in various roles, including Shift Supervisor, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Barista. Most recently, they have been a Reserve Engineer at Cobalt Robotics since 2021.
Eleanor Hall graduated from Wayne State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management. Eleanor also holds a Python 3 Programming Specialization from Coursera.

At Cobalt, they’re on a mission to elevate the work that people do by training machines to do boring tasks better. They believe that one human aspect that can never be replaced is judgment.
