Katia Hoffer

Katia Hoffer is an accomplished professional in enterprise risk management with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as SVP of Enterprise Risk Management at CoBank since November 2011, Katia previously held several positions at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, culminating in the role of Vice President of Financial and Market Risk Analysis, where leadership of a team was instrumental in managing the risk exposure of a $70 billion balance sheet. Katia's background includes significant roles as a Financial Risk Manager and senior analyst, demonstrating expertise in financial modeling, market risk analytics, and asset valuation. In addition to professional experience, Katia has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor in economics at the University of Cincinnati. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
