Kamilah Haynes

Kamilah Haynes is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education and music. Currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Cobb County Schools since July 2006, Kamilah is responsible for implementing the Common Core Curriculum, maintaining student records, fostering relationships with parents and colleagues, and employing differentiated instruction techniques. Prior experience includes teaching first and second grades as well as music instruction at Robin's Nest Christian Academy and serving as a music teacher and first-grade teacher in Atlanta Public Schools. Kamilah holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, both from the University of Michigan.
