Don Waschenko has extensive experience in the defense industry, starting as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Hazeltine Corporation in 1985. Don then advanced to roles at Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Inc., and currently holds the position of CAES Fellow and Director of Advanced Technology at CAES. Their roles have included Technical Director, Director of Advanced Technology, and Sr. Principal Engineer, showcasing their expertise and progression within the field.
Don Waschenko completed their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) degree in Microwave & RF Systems from Manhattan College in 1985. Don then went on to earn their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) in Antenna Design, Phased Arrays, & Microwave Electronics from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 1987.
