Mike Monroe, MBA has over 25 years of work experience in finance and financial planning & analysis. Mike has held various leadership roles, including Director of Finance at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, where they successfully led multi-site finance teams, improved working capital, and exceeded benefit commitments. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cardone Industries, where they led the development of strategic plans and financial forecasting processes. Mike also has experience working at Lockheed Martin, where they held roles such as Finance Manager and Senior Staff in Independent Cost Evaluation, demonstrating their expertise in financial management and analysis.

Mike Monroe completed their high school education at Central High School in Phila PA from 1984 to 1988. Mike then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint Joseph's University from 1993 to 1996. Prior to these degrees, they studied Business Administration and Management at Penn State University from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, Mike obtained certifications in Prosci Certified Change Practitioner in 2018 and Six Sigma Green Belt.
