Paul Bratt has extensive experience in engineering roles, starting as a Quality Manager at Accu-Sort Systems, Inc. in 2004. Paul later moved to ACI Technologies, Inc., where they held various positions such as Senior Materials Manufacturing Engineer, Technical Group Leader, Lead R&D Materials Engineer, and Principal R&D Materials Engineer. Most recently, Paul served as the Chief Engineer at ACI Technologies, Inc., where they gained significant experience in process engineering, design development, and collaboration with senior leadership. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Principal Process Engineer at CAES.
Paul Bratt studied Materials Science and Engineering at Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Paul furthered their education in the same field at Northwestern University.
