Mike McDonnell has extensive experience in innovation development and engineering within the golf manufacturing sector, currently serving as Principal Innovation Development Engineer at COBRA PUMA GOLF since April 2010. In this role, Mike leads long-term innovation projects focusing on new designs and manufacturing processes while optimizing existing techniques for improved efficiency. Previous positions at COBRA PUMA GOLF included Test Engineering Manager and Sr. Research & Testing Engineer, where Mike managed R&D teams, conducted various performance and durability tests, and led consumer research initiatives. Prior roles at Acushnet Company and MacMillan Associates, Inc. included product development and mechanical engineering, encompassing project coordination and design specifications. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
