Currently serving as Project Leader for SAP and Operations at COBRA PUMA GOLF since February 2023, Roger has held various leadership roles, including President/GM of Americas at Motocaddy Golf from September 2020 to February 2023, and multiple positions at COBRA PUMA GOLF from 2010 to 2020, advancing from Customer Relations Manager to Director of Sales Operations. Roger began the career at Acushnet as a Sales Planning Specialist from 2007 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Management/Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing from Arkansas Tech University.
