Yanina Erman

Yanina Erman is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Cockroach Labs since March 2025. Prior to this role, Yanina held several prominent positions, including Global Head of Communications at Smartly from June 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included brand communications and marketing for a leading AI-powered AdTech company. Yanina's prior experience also includes serving as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Essence, Director of Communications and Marketing at WPP, and Director of Communications for North America at Geometry Global, among others. With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Yanina has expertise in strategic PR programming, brand marketing, and communication across various sectors, including lifestyle, technology, and entertainment.
