Megha Maheshwari, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, where responsibilities include acting as the primary ER investigator for designated markets and addressing a range of employee concerns. Previously, Megha held various HR roles at the City of Houston from 2013 to 2022, culminating in the position of Human Resources Supervisor for Employee Relations, overseeing comprehensive HR services and managing complex employee issues.
