Brent Gonsalves, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Director of Human Resources at CODA, Inc. Brent has extensive experience in HR management, having previously held positions such as HR Manager at Retina Northwest and Administrative Officer at American Indian Health & Services. Brent has a strong background in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Brent is known for their ability to create employee-oriented cultures that emphasize empowerment and high performance. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
