Rebecca McKenzie

Rebecca McKenzie is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including fintech, fashion, and entertainment. Currently serving as Head of Legal at Codat since April 2021, Rebecca has previously held roles such as Lead Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, providing strategic legal guidance in high-growth environments. Prior to Codat, Rebecca worked at Modulr as Legal Counsel, supporting a rapidly growing B2B payments fintech, and provided legal expertise on intellectual property matters at River Island. Earlier experience includes positions at Dickson Minto W.S., Sony Music Entertainment, and Irwin Mitchell, where Rebecca focused on intellectual property, commercial litigation, and data protection. Rebecca's career began with paralegal roles at AEI Media and London 2012, complemented by a legal education from UCL and BPP Law School.
